Blue Card Information

All members holding a position in the Club (e.g. committee member, coach, manager, selector, etc) must hold a current Blue Card.
Current Blue Card holders must link their card to Commercial Hockey Club.

Blue Card Services

All members who hold a position in the club (e.g. Coach, Manager, Selector, Committee member, etc.) are required to have a BlueCard. Blue Card Services regularly do checks on organisations so it is imperative we comply.


I don't have a BlueCard
  1. Go to the Blue Card Services webpage - LINK and complete the online registration.  You will be given an account number.
  2. Email the account number PLUS a photo of your licence to as@commercialhockeyclub.com
  3. CHC Assistant Secretary will link you to CHC on the BlueCard portal.
  4. Blue Card Services will then advise you that you can complete your application.

I have a BlueCard
1. Send a copy of your BlueCard PLUS a photo of your licence to as@commercialhockeyclub.com.
2. CHC Assistant Secretary will link you to CHC on the BlueCard portal.

Penalties
Volunteers without a blue card can be fined if a blue card has not been applied for and the club also fined up to $30,960.00 (200 penalty units) or 2 years’ imprisonment.
