KEY DATES

Registrations are now open for new and returning players. We welcome enquiries from new players, and we will do our best to accommodate you in one of our teams. Existing players are encouraged to register ASAP to support planning.

20 March: Fee deposit due
15 July: Balance of fees due
31 August: Fee Payment Plan due

TURF SEASON INFO

Turf Season

Starts on the following dates for the respective divisions:

Friday 14 March: JT1 (Gala Day)
Friday 21 March: U14T1, JT2, and JT3
Saturday 22 March: U14T2 and U12T

Turf Training

Correct as of 18 Feb (subject to change)

Held at Burringbar Park on the following days (exact timeslots tbc):

Tuesdays 5 - 6 pm: U14T & U12T
Thursdays (times tbc): JT1, JT2 & JT3

Grass Training

Held at the Commercial Hockey Club at Finsbury Park on Thursday nights, with exact time-slots tbc.

Each Thursday from 13 Feb:

U7 & U9 Training: 5-6pm, Finsbury Park
U10 / U12 Training: 5-6pm, Finsbury Park
U14 / JG Training: 6-7pm, Finsbury Park

REGISTRATION FAQs

There's such thing as a silly question, below are a few we often get asked and if you'd like more information, don't hesitate to reach out to a Junior Girls Sub-Committee member (see below) and we'll be happy to help.

Q. Do I have to pay the full fees when I register my child?

A. No. You can start the form and come back to it, although you must pay a deposit by 20 March.

Q. Can I request a payment plan?

A. Yes of course. You can discuss a payment plan or financial hardship by contacting Nicola Lambie at treasurer@commercialhockeyclub.com.

Q. Can I use a Queensland Government FairPlay voucher?

A. Yes indeed. Please follow the prompts during your registration process.

Q. Who do I need to register?

IF YOU ARE A PLAYER:
1. Register yourself as the Primary Contact
2. Then register someone close as an Emergency Contact
3. Then Register yourself as a player for a competition.

IF YOU ARE A PLAYER AND A PARENT
1. Register yourself as the Primary Contact
2. Then register someone close as an Emergency Contact
3. Then Register yourself as a player for a competition
4. Then register each child under your Primary Contact registration

IF YOU ARE A PARENT AND NON PLAYER
1. Register yourself as the Primary Contact
2. Register someone close as an Emergency Contact
3. Register each child under your Primary Contact registration ( you can register all of your children)

IF YOU ARE A NON PLAYER
1. Register yourself as the Primary Contact
2. Register someone close as an Emergency Contact
3. Register yourself as a Player but select 'Non Playing' at the bottom of the list (under Girls)
