JUST HOCKEY VOUCHER FOR NEW PLAYERS UNDER 12

How to redeem

· STEP 1. Receive your Just Hockey voucher after you register and attend pre-season training.

· STEP 2. Visit the Just Hockey Brisbane store at 57 Victoria Street Windsor, Queensland 4030.

· STEP 3. Present your Commercial Hockey Club voucher in-store by 30 March 2026 to receive your Mazon ST Junior Starter Set (inc. a Stick, Shin guards, Ball).

· The voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Limited to one voucher per first year player under 12 years. A Mazon ST Junior Starter Set includes 1x Stick, 1x set of shin guards, 1x Ball. Offer ends 30 March 2026.

HELPFUL SEASON INFORMATION

Season & Game Dates

Brisbane Women's Hockey Association (BWHA) publishes fixtures weekly on the BWHA fixtures webpage
Team managers also publish games via the Spond App.

Team Communication via the SPOND App

Your team manager is your key contact during the season.
The majority of information about training and games will be shared via the Spond App.
Once your child registers with the club and Hockey QLD, you'll receive a text message join your child's Spond team.
Please make sure you indicate if you are able to attend training and the game. This will help your coach prepare.
Please download the Spond app: https://www.spond.com/

Wet Weather

If training is cancelled due to wet weather, you'll be notify via Spond and/ on social media.
Regarding BWHA/game day, games will only be cancelled if there is flooding.
If you have NOT heard from your manager or coach regarding game day or training, please arrive as normal.

Uniforms

All uniforms can be purchased online: https://commercialhockeyclubuniforms.square.site/
Our playing strip (uniform) is compulsory.
GRASS: U7 / U9 / U10 / U12 / U14 / JG wear the club's navy blue playing shirts with purple sleeves, playing skirt, and purple socks.
TURF: U12 / U14 / JG wear the club's navy blue playing singlets, playing skirt, and purple socks.
We also have supporter merchandise like vests and hats available.

BWHA's Operations Manual was updated in 2025 and Junior Players may only register to play in the competitions to which they are entitled by year of birth, as set out in the Appendix.
