Uniforms

• All our uniforms can be purchased online: https://commercialhockeyclubuniforms.square.site/   
• Our playing strip (uniform) is compulsory.
• GRASS: U7 / U9 / U10 / U12 / U14 / JG wear the club's navy blue playing shirts with purple sleeves, playing skirt, and purple socks. 
• TURF: U12 / U14 / JG wear the club's navy blue playing singlets, playing skirt, and purple socks. 
• We also have supporter merchandise like vests and hats available.

Turf Season 

• Feb - Sept: 2026 season (dates tbc by Brisbane Women's Hockey Assosication)
• Jan: Pre-season training and trials 
• Feb: Fixtures commence
• September: Finals

Turf Pre-Season Training & Trials

• Js Squad: from Thursday 15 Jan - 5-7pm  
• U12 & U14 Squad: from Tuesday 20 Jan - 5-7pm 
• Note: Keep an eye on your emails & Spond App as times by age group will be confirmed. 
• Venue: Brisbane North Hockey Centre, Burringbar Park 

Turf Training 

Held at Burringbar Park on the following days:

• Tuesdays 5 - 6 pm: U14T & U12T  
• Thursdays (times tbc): JT1, JT2 & JT3

• U14 / JG Training: 6-7pm, Commercial Hockey Club at Finsbury Park 

U7 & U9

• Season: March - September (dates tbc)
• Fixtures: Saturday morning at Rasey Park
• Training: Thursday evenings from February (dates tbc)
• U7 & U9 Training: 5-6pm, Commercial Hockey Club at Finsbury Park 

Team Communication During the Season

Your team Manager will be your key contact during the season and the majority of communications regarding training and games will from Spond. 

• Once your child registers with the club and Hockey QLD, you'll receive a text message from the Manager to join your child's Spond team.
• Please download the Spond app: https://www.spond.com/
• This is a form of communication we use as a club, as well as for marking game days and training days.
• Managers will post all upcoming events, including training and game times.
• Please make sure you indicate if you are able to attend training and the game. This will help your coach prepare.
