Registration with Hockey QLD/HA is mandatory. If you do not sign on you are not allowed to take the field and you will not be covered by insurance.
Please DO NOT pay any Commercial Hockey Club membership or CHC playing fees at the same time as the above HQ registration fee.
Hockey QLD & HA have a new database system - Revolutionise. It is COMPULSORY for all players to register prior to playing.
